American Medical Response/Access2Care will begin managing non-emergency transportation services for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Medicaid & Long- Term Care programs. Clients needing transportation services may be eligible for help; please call the toll-free # below to see if you qualify:

  • Medicaid
  • Aged & Disabled Waiver
  • Social Services for Aged and Disabled
  • Disabled Children Program (DCP)
  • Disabled Persons and Family Support

Program Information:

You will need the following to schedule a ride:
  • Your full name, current address and phone number
  • Your Medicaid program ID number, if available
  • The name, address and phone number of where you need to go
  • The type of appointment (doctor, dentist, other)
    or non-medical destination
  • 3 business days notice or more, unless urgent care
